MASAHARA is a 12 year veteran of a Contract Sales Organization and Medical solution services with a wide range of sales, marketing, recruiting and medical communications. He has been involved in the outsourced sales industry since its formative years and is a respected expert on Japanese Healthcare outsourcing trends.

Prior to joining UPSHE he spent 10 years which company is one of Contract Sales Organization in Japan, serving as Director since 2003.

He has wide acquaintances for not only the pharmaceuticals company but also a pharmacy, wholesale in the pharmaceutical distribution industry.

His career began as a pharmaceutical sales rep in 1988. And also he is a pharmacist.
